Location: One of the major advantages of Palazzo Veneziano is its prime location. Situated close to the Zattere water bus stop, the hotel offers easy access to Venice's main attractions. This convenience made our explorations hassle-free, whether we were visiting St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge, or the numerous charming neighborhoods. The serene waterfront location also provided stunning views and a peaceful retreat from the busier tourist areas. Breakfast: Breakfast at Palazzo Veneziano was an absolute delight. The extensive buffet featured a variety of options, from fresh pastries and bread to a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fruits. The hot dishes, including eggs, bacon, and sausages, were cooked to perfection. We particularly enjoyed the fresh juice and the high-quality coffee, which provided the perfect start to our days of sightseeing. The elegant breakfast room, with its warm atmosphere and attentive staff, made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. Staff: The staff at Palazzo Veneziano truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. The front desk team was always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and any other requests we had. Housekeeping maintained our room impeccably, and the breakfast staff ensured we had everything we needed each morning. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Very Clean. Breakfast was terrific. The waitress and waiters in the dining room were wonderful. They greeted us with a smile and were there for all of our needs. The coffee was fantastic. The food selection was plentiful and delicious. The front desk were very helpful in helping us find our way around Venice.

Beautiful setting and easy access by water taxi. Gorgeous decor. Rooms are large and air conditioned. Bathrooms are updated and large. Breakfast had everything anyone would want and the staff was very helpful in getting transportation to the airport. The courtyard is also a breezy respite after a hot Venetian day.

Magical experience staying on the Zattere where the sunrise was stunning. Easy transfer from the train station to the hotel using a tronchetto. Front desk were really helpful with directions via messages. So many authentic places to eat in the Dorsoduro, and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the busy tourist area of San Marco. Absolutely fell in love with Venice!

The property is wonderful! From the impeccable cleanliness to the comfortable and charming rooms, every detail of the decor is done with great taste and elegance. The entire staff was exemplary—the receptionist, who kindly upgraded our room, the sociable bartender, highly skilled in preparing drinks, and everyone else who contributed to our great experience. The breakfast is the “cherry on top”—extraordinarily delicious, diverse, and made only with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Congratulations!
